Budeshuri

Budeshuri is produced in the named-place specific viticulture area from Saperavi grapes. A silky, complex initial palate leads to a full-flavored mid-palate overlaid with notes of cherry, blackber- ry, and prune. Its clean, fresh, and balanced com- plexity lasts in a long, long finish. Food pairing suggestions include desserts, sweet biscuits, and soft cheese. Serve at a temperature of 12-14°C.
